WATER BABIES

Water Babies is designed to introduce young children to the joy of swimming through play with their parent(s).

Parental involvement in the pool is compulsory.

Baby 1

Age: 12-24 months

Time: Sunday 3.30 pm

Duration: 30 minutes

Water confidence is built through games and songs. Parents are instructed how to handle their children in the water alongside a water based coach

Age: 24-36 months

Time: Sunday 4.10 pm

Duration: 30 minutes

Continuation of water confidence. Board kicking is introduced and the use of floatation aids

Duration: 30 minutes

Further continuation of confidence skills, plus introducing self-propulsion skills leading to preparation for the Learn To Swim classes
