Ordinary Membership is available via the open market only.

ASSOCIATE (TRANSFERABLE) MEMBERSHIP
Any non-Chinese Singapore citizen or non-Chinese Singapore permanent resident of 21 years of age and above is eligible to apply.
Associate Membership is available via the open market only.

TERM MEMBERSHIPS (NON TRANSFERABLE)
Any individual who is not a Singaporean or permanent resident who is 21 years of age and above is eligible to apply.
