Xavier is an energetic, highly experienced dance professional with over 10 years of teaching experience. He is a K-Kardio Dance Certified Instructor and holds an NREP for Dance Fitness, ensuring high-energy, safe, and structured lessons. Xavier brings a wealth of expertise in Hip Hop, K-pop MV Dance, and Street Jazz to his students. Beyond his technical skill as an award-winning performer, recently earning Champion at the Just A KPop Event Vol 1 Freestyle Battle, he is deeply committed to student safety, holding certifications in Standard First Aid with CPR/AED and Safe Sport. His classes focus on building confidence and coordination through the latest K-pop hits, ensuring a vibrant and secure environment for every dancer to shine.
Piloxing is a fitness fusion that blends Pilates, boxing, and dance-inspired movements. It emphasises core strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio, all performed with controlled, precise techniques to improve overall fitness and body composition. The format typically uses short intervals, plyometric cues, and a strong emphasis on posture and form.

Whether you are a newbie looking to start a fitness regime that builds your health yet protects your joints, or you are someone who exercises regularly and are already fit, the beginner’s class will help induct you into the jumping fitness program. This class focuses on imparting correct fundamental techniques to prepare you for the regular and advanced levels so that you could work towards your fitness goals safely and effectively. Even though it is a beginner’s class, you can be assured of an excellent cardiovascular workout that will leave you refreshed and invigorated.
