Dear Members,
With effect from 1 December 2026, the charge for payments made to the Club by credit card will be revised from 1.6% to 2.5% of the payment amount.
This revision follows an increase in credit card processing fees imposed by the banks.
Payments at Club Outlets
Credit card payments made at the Club’s outlets will also be subject to the 2.5% charge, which will be added to the amount payable. Kindly note that the revised charges do not apply to Mingle@Amber.
Recurring Credit Card Payments
For members with recurring credit card payment arrangements, the 2.5% charge will apply to payments processed from 1 December 2026.
Members who wish to change their mode of payment may contact the Finance Department at finance_team@chineseswimmingclub.org.sg for assistance with the available payment options and arrangements. Please submit your request by 11 December 2026 to allow time for processing before the next deduction.
If no change is requested, your existing recurring credit card payment arrangement will continue at the revised charge.
