New Bye-Laws on Booking of Facilities with Effect from 1 October 2026

Kindly note the new bye-laws on the booking of facilities with effect from 1 October 2026:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or similar tools to access or make facilities bookings through the Club’s online facilities booking system is strictly prohibited. Where such activity is detected or suspected, the Club reserves the right to temporarily suspend or block the member’s access to the online booking system, without prior notice while investigations are conducted. 

• The use of ball-feeding machines or similar training equipment at any Club facility is strictly prohibited, except when used as part of an official Club academy programme under the supervision of an authorised coach or instructor.
