1. All married persons who become Principal Members, Nominees or Term Members on or after 28 April 2013 are required to register their spouse as Spouse Members. All single persons who become Principal Members or Term Members on or after 28 April 2013, and are subsequently married are also required to register their spouse as Spouse Members.
2. If the Spouse of a Principal, Nominee or Term Member is not registered with the Club in accordance with Article 5.1(f)(i) of the Club's Constitution, that Member will be required to register his/her spouse as a Spouse Member and pay an administrative fee of $109. Failure to do either may result in disciplinary proceedings against the member.
3. With effect from 28 April 2013, as long as the Principal, Nominee or Term Membership is not terminated, that individual shall not be permitted to de-register his/her spouse, except in the event of divorce or death.
4. For registration of new spouse membership, the Principal Members has to withdraw the membership of the previous registered spouse. Relevant documents must be submitted and the previous spouse’s membership to be returned to the Club.
5. The Spouse/Spouse Term Membership administrative fee is $109.
6. If any person is de-registered as a Spouse Member prior 28 April 2013, an administrative fee of $109 is payable for a fresh application to be Spouse Member.
7. The monthly subscription fee of $10.90 for Spouse/ Spouse Term Members will be billed in advance upon approval of membership.
8. All fees include 9% GST.
