The benefits of Water Polo are immense and highly suited for the young. Besides reaping cardiovascular health and mind strengthening benefits, it is a great activity to impart your child the essential skills to be a team player. Furthermore, playing team sports is a fantastic way for your child to develop social and problem solving skills.

Flippa Ball is a simplified version of Water Polo for beginners. Played in a wading pool of about 1m deep, the sport is perfect for both boys and girls aged 6 and above. Not only viewed as a developmental game for Water Polo, the fun-packed aquatic activity fosters vital skills such as water confidence and team work. Your kids can also expect to master the coordination, passing and catching of the ball, which are the basic building blocks for playing several ball sports.
