Back & Shoulder Wellness Workshop
Join us in this interactive and fun workshop to pick up some tips and exercise techniques to prevent repetitive strain and tension of commonly over-stressed areas and to support your back and shoulders with comfort and ease.

All Member's guest must sign in at the counter and pay a guest fees prior entering the gym premises. They are to present the guest pass and receipt to the counter personnel on duty.

Members are responsible for their guest in the Club's premises. If a guest fails to show proper conduct or does not adhere to the Club's bye-laws, he/she will be asked to leave the gym premises immediately.

1. Please deposit your Membership Card or *Temporary Day Pass - if you forget your Membership Card - with the Fitness Instructor at the Counter upon entry.

2. Enter your membership details in the register at the gym counter.

CSC Member (Walk-In) 1. Please produce your Membership Card or *Temporary Pass - if you forget your Membership Card - to make payment at Sports Booking Counter and collect your receipt.
- Non-Peak $3.21
- Peak $5.35

2. Deposit your receipt & Membership Card / Temporary Pass with the Fitness Instructor and enter your membership details in the register.

Guest 1. CSC Member or FLEX Section Member must make the following payments for his/her Guest(s) at the Sports Booking Counter:
(i) FLEX Guest Entry Fee (Receipt will be issued) and
(ii) Club General Guest Fees (Guest Pass will be issued)

Chinese Caligraphy / Chinese Brush Painting / Dance / Exercise classes:
Withdrawal received on or before the 15th of the month will be processed within the month. Charges for the activity will cease on the following month.
Withdrawal received after the 15th of the month will be processed in the following month.
Charges for the activity will be debited accordingly in the following month and cease thereafter.

(No withdrawal for short modular courses, e.g Dance classes, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, will be permitted once course commences.)
