The
new membership cards have been launched and
you would have received yours by now.
Please
check that the name, account number and photograph
printed on your cards are correct before using
it. Due to a technical glitch, some of the cards
may have an encoding error. Should you encounter
difficulty using the card for payment at any
of our outlets, please approach our staff at
the Reception Counters for assistance.
We
have given instructions to our staff at the
various outlets to verify member’s name
and account numbers before processing the bills.
We would appreciate if you could bring along
your membership cards whenever you intend to
charge to your credit account.
As
we address the teething issues related to the
launch of the new membership cards with our
supplier, we seek your understanding on any
