Combine bodyweight & resistance band and use it as a keep fit tool to emerge fitter! MBSR (MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION) GENTLE YOGA

MBSR Gentle Yoga is a gentle sequence of mindful Hatha Yoga postures and uses the Tantric breathing technique to improve strength, balance and flexibility in both body & mind.

MBSR is a self-care approach to manage stress, pain and illness. Participants will learn to focus awareness on body sensations, thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental way. Participants are able to explore their inner world of Mind/Body, recognize and mobilize their inner psychological resources to take better care of "Self". MBSR was developed in 1979 by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre which has evolved into a common form of complementary medicine addressing a variety of health problems.
